User Research
Health insurance is often difficult for users to understand, and that's why I prioritize overcoming the barrier of complex language by conducting my own user research. I test content design solutions to find the language that most resonates with users and then codify them into our style guide.
Medi-Cal Policy
As a Publications Analyst at Medi-Cal, I developed content based on rapidly changing public health guidance while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, eventually becoming the lead content QA reviewer on my team. All Medi-Cal publications are live on MC Web and an excerpt is linked below.
Marketing Letters
As a Proposal Writing Assistant, I designed easy-to-adapt templates and wrote enticing cover letters in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). This served as PowerSchool's first line of marketing when pitching to new clients. For confidentiality, some information has been redacted.
